The service

Cinder Block Calculator is a free estimating tool. It helps you count blocks and related materials from dimensions you enter. It is provided as-is, without a paid subscription and without a professional-services contract.

Estimates are not professional advice

Results are mathematical estimates only. They are not a material takeoff for a specific job, a structural design, or a substitute for:

• manufacturer data and local supplier coverage rates
• building codes, permits, and inspections
• drawings prepared by a qualified designer or engineer
• on-site judgment from a mason or contractor

Mortar bags, grout volume, waste, and cost depend on assumptions you can change. Actual quantities and prices will differ.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for checking inputs, confirming materials with your supplier, and following applicable law. Do not rely on this calculator as the sole basis for ordering, bidding, or building.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that harms service for others, or misrepresent the calculator’s output as certified engineering or as our endorsement of a project.

Intellectual property
